On Monday 9/15 the Spartans hosted Greendale in a double header. The Red team started the night with a 2-1 Win. Cooper Deboard started the scoring in the first half of the game, while Ceaser Orr added the second goal of the night in the second half. Spencer Sailor assisted each goal of the game. After a rocky first half Adam Jones shut out the aggressive Greendale team with support of his Defensive line. The Red team's record now stands at 3-4. The White team hosted the second game of the night and came away with a 2-2 tie. This was the second time that the Spartans have faced Greendale. In the prior match the White team fell with a loss, but came back strong in our second match up. Jaxon Myers put in the first goal of the match with an assist from Waylon Hamilton. In the second half, with less than a minute of play Waylon added the second goal to tie with an assist from Jaxon Myers. Ethan Steward played a strong goalie position allowing only 2 goals for the evening after having 9 saves on the night. The White team's record now stands at 3-1-2. They will be traveling to Morristown on 9/18 for their next match.
