The Lady Spartans battled against a tough Greensburg squad but ultimately fell in three sets. The Pirates came out strong and maintained momentum throughout the night, taking the match with scores of 25-17, 25-19, and 25-8. In the first two sets, Connersville did a solid job of slowing down Greensburg’s offense, keeping rallies competitive and forcing the Pirates to earn their points. Despite the effort, Greensburg was able to make key runs late in each set to pull ahead. In the third set, the Pirates’ momentum carried them to a decisive win.
