The team traveled to Richmond's Glen Miller Park on Tuesday 9/2 to challenge the hilly but fast golf cart course, racing Richmond and Seton Catholic. The team had a stellar evening, with almost every runner posting personal and season best times! The boys won the race with Maysn Welter leading the way in first with a personal best 10:29! He was followed by Leo Moyer 4th (10:38 PR), Desmond Shipman 5th (10:48 PR), Noah Rees 7th (13:19 PR), Graham Pflum 8th (13:29 Season best), Alexander Streuwing 9th (13:35 PR) and Hunter Gregory 12th (14:11 PR). Other good racers were Landon Bales 15th (14:43 PR), Connor Evans 17th (15:03 PR), Boyd Durstine (16:31 PR), Aiden Carr 25th (18:35) and Nathais Rude 27th (21:53). The boys are now 4 and 1 on the season. The girls were led by Caroline Roberts in first place with a season best time of 13:22 and Cree Slater in 2nd place with a personal best of 14:33. Other contributors were Riley Smith 11th (17:23PR), Jayce Reeve 12th (17:52PR), 17th Jaylynn Parsons (18:59) and Kyra Branstetter 20th (22:30) The girls are 1 and 4 on the season. The team is next in action at the Union City Invitational on Saturday 9/6.
