The Boys Golf team completed their 9-hole season in a 3-Way match at Shelbyville Tuesday evening. The Spartans came out victorious with a 166. Shelbyville was second with a 179 and Rushville followed with a 203. Leading the way for the Spartans and low-medalist on the evening was Aiden Gibbs with 39. Talon Sherwood followed closely with a 41. Trey Hughes and Logan Young each came in with a 43. Shooting season-lows were Rylan Keen (46) and Grady Simpkins (47), Also competing for the Spartans were Peyton Tomlin (51) and Brandt Lykins (64). "Aiden's swing is amazing right now. He barely missed a few birdie putts tonight or he could have been at par or lower. Talon is stepping up and making smart decisions on the course and it is really helping his score. I know a couple of our golfers were a little disappointed in their scores but they will bounce back. Rylan and Grady are both playing well and looking forward to their Senior year next season.
