Game 1 Connersville Varsity Spartans Drop Game To Greensburg After Late Score May 21, 2026 vs. Greensburg Connersville Varsity Spartans stayed in it until the end, but Greensburg pulled away late in a 1-0 victory on Thursday. Noah Patterson singled to center field, which helped Connersville Varsity Spartans tie the game at one in the bottom of the third. Greensburg captured the lead, 3-1, in the top of the fourth after John Meyer singled down the right field line, and , each scoring one run.
