On Tuesday, April 7th, the Connersville Spartans hosted Richmond and Seton Catholic in a tri meet. The Spartans finished 2nd with a score of 56 to Richmond's 64 and Seton's 10. Top finishers for the boys were Kingston O'Toole, 1st in the 100, Landan Moore, 2nd in the 400, Jonny Ropp, 3rd in the 400, Finn Smith, 1st in the 110 hurdles and 2nd in the 300 hurdles and pole vault, Bronson Lykins, 2nd in the 110 hurdles and 3rd in the 300 hurdles, Lincoln Shafer, 3rd in the 110 hurdles, Hunter Carpenter, 1st in high jump, Andrew Miracle, 2nd in high jump, Arthur Struewing, 1st in pole vault, Lakin Lakes, 2nd in long jump, Zeke Caylor, 2nd in shot put and 1st in discus, Benton Lakes, 3rd in shot put and discus, and the 400m relay team of Lakin Lakes, Kooper Montgomery, Aydan Seibers, and Kingston O'Toole also placed 1st. The team is next in action on Thursday, 4/9 and Tuesday 4/14, both at home.
