The CMS Swim Team finished 2nd overall against Greendale Middle School and South Dearborn Middle School last night. Mia Hartzell finished 1st in the girls 100 yard backstroke while Emery Phelps finished 1st in the girls 100 yard breaststroke. Hank Nickel finished the 50 freestyle in 35.40 seconds making it the fastest 50 freestyle on the team. The team had a lot of firsts with all swimmers competing in their first Individual Events for the season as well as relays. The middle school swimmers will be back in the pool on Thursday against Greensburg at East Central High School.
