Connersville

The Connersville girls wrestling team competed at the Purdue Poly Tournament this weekend on 11/15. As a team, Connersville finished 30th in total points out of 38 teams, a solid showing for a young squad. Leading the way was Cora Francis, who battled her way to an impressive 4th-place finish in a tough bracket. The Spartans brought six wrestlers to the event, with Allenah Miller coming just one match shy of breaking into the top 8, showcasing strong progress. While the remaining athletes did not place, each gained valuable experience against high-level competition.The Spartans look forward to building on this performance as the season continues.
